ANTONIO CONTE AND THE DILEMMA OF DAVID LUIZ'S POSITION
While the versatility of David Luiz provides Conte with options, the head coach has a clear idea of where he feels the Brazilian’s qualities can benefit the team in the best way.
Conte: ‘I think David Luiz is a centre-back, he’s played a lot of games in that position,’ he added. ‘I know sometimes he’s played as a central midfielder but in my mind the idea is to utilise him in the right position which, for me, is centre-back. He’s played with Chelsea previously and he will bring a good personality.’ (ChelseaTv)

THE RACE STARTED FROM THE WOMB ; WE'RE VICTORIOUS … WITH GINA MENSA; AN ACTRESS AND A MODEL
*Biology says that after sexual intercourse, about 200 to 300 million spermatozoa are deposited by the man, they all begin to swim upwards within the tract to meet with the ovum. Of the over 200 million that are deposited, only 300 to 500 actually reach the site( others get tired on the way because it is not a small race). And of the 300 that manage to reach the ovum(egg), only one fertilizes the egg, and in this case the Winning One was 'YOU'. Have you ever thought about this?
You ran a race without your eyes and you won ; you ran without education and you won ;you ran without a certificate and you won; you ran without help... and you made it. What makes you think you will lose now? Now that you have both eyes and legs, now that you have a certificate, now that you have a plan, a dream and a vision. Beloved, you didn't give up on day one, you can't give up now !
Giving up now is an insult to your creator. It doesn't matter what you see now, take it as a challange, always remember that you WON from the womb. Always be Grateful to God no matter what. Better days ahead...
You'll all smile soon, let's keep hope alive.*

NIGERIA AIR FORCE RE-FORTIFIES EXERCISE AGAINST COUNTER TERROR ATTACKS AT THE NNAMDI AZIKIWE INT'L AIRPORT, ABUJA
EXERCISE STEEL DOME
The Nigerian Air Force (NAF) today simulated a counter terrorist exercise at the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport, Abuja. The exercise followed on the heels of recent terrorist attacks in some major airports around the world. The exercise was codenamed “EXERCISE STEEL DOME” meaning fortified arena, and the aim to ascertain NAF’s readiness to respond to occurrence of terrorist attack in any of the nation’s airports. The exercise scenario was based on terrorist attack on an airport, and effort to retake the airport from the terrorists and restore normalcy through insertion and extraction of Special Forces operating in conjunction with other organic security forces and organisations. The exercise objectives are to enable the NAF practice both individual and group skills in planning, coordination and execution of counter-terrorist operations, as well as understand the requirements and challenges involved in the coordination and conduct of counter terrorist operations in concert with other security agencies and organisations among others.
Meanwhile, the Chief of the Air Staff (CAS), Air Marshal Sadique Abubakar has disclosed that there are plans to replicate the exercise in other major cities, such as Lagos, Kano and Port Harcourt, with international airports. Responding to questions from press men at the end of the exercise, Air Mshl Abubakar stated that “it is necessary for the NAF, in the light of the security challenges in the country, to evaluate her operational plans from time to time with a view to identifying any gaps”. This, the CAS said, was the essence of the simulating the exercise to demonstrate the capability of the NAF Special Forces element to mobilize for offensive operations at the shortest possible time in the event of any security breach.

ANGER; AN ENEMY OF DESTINY … WITH GINA MENSAH ; AN ACTRESS AND A MODEL
The first time Moses got angry, he killed somebody.
The second time he was angry, he broke the original 10 commandments that God carved out and wrote out with His fingers, burnt the golden calf, sprayed the ashes on water and forced the Israelites to drink it.The third time he got angry, he struck the rock twice instead of speaking to it, and in the process terminated his ministry.
He was so close to the blessing yet he could never be father ! Anger can make you see your blessings so close yet it will refuse to get into your hands. Someone like Moses is hardly angry, keep quiet most of the times until the day they will explode.
If you do not deal with it, you would be sorry for yourself. Vent your anger against the spirit of anger ! Do not let your anger go beyond midnight against one another.
Destroy anger today before it destroys your destiny.
PRAYER POINT.
(1) Command you spirit of anger in my life, die permanently, in the name of Jesus.
(2) By the power that spoke to the raging sea, Oh Lord, silent every ranging problem in my life, in the name of Jesus
(3) Call the name of Jesus 3times,Jesus! Jesus!! Jesus!!! I need a change, do not pass me by again.
(4) Oh Lord, empower me henceforth to engage my enemies in a victorious warfare, in the name of Jesus.
(5) You stone of darkness pressing me down in life, roll away by fire, in the name of Jesus Christ
God Bless You

SEX EDUCATION … WITH GINA MENSAH ; AN ACTRESS AND A MODEL
FOR ADULTS ONLY
Let me begin by saying this post isn't for pre matured members. I believe we are all adults, and sex education is part of life except you are a hypocrite deceiving yourself that you hate hearing issues related to sex. So be mindful of your outburst on this thread...Not a must to read or even comment. Thank you!
Now tell me, How can you give your woman a great sex When you only last 2 min in bed?
How do you intend to make her lust in pleasure screaming your name when your BLOKOS is only like my middle finger- lol
The truth is that women love good sex — just like men do. GREAT SEX makes them scream your name with pleasure as they get intense orgasms and that’s where most men make a mess of things. Some guys give their women lame sex and then wonder why their women stop wanting it or CHEAT on them.
They've forgotten that the Only Guaranteed Way Of Giving them Good Sex is to first have a good foreplay before sex that would last for atleast 20Min...
🔻Why must you have a good Foreplay Before sex?
1. Foreplay plays a vital bonding role between couples in the sense that it not only sets the pace for a stimulative love making session, it makes partners know each others body inside out.
2. During foreplay one discovers erogenous zones of their partner thereby making it easier to know how and exactly where to touch so as to give each other the maximum required pleasure and satisfaction that is meant to be derived from sex.
3. During fore play a couple gets to interact and appreciate each others body.
4. Fore play breaks a barrier of been shy of each others insecurities when naked and helps couples accept each others body no matter the condition.
5. A woman with a scar can feel at ease in the presence of her husband cos with regular fore play the man gets used to her body and scars and she in turn feels confident in her skin. It works vice versa and helps strengthen bonds between couples.
6. It lubricates her sex organs, makes it wet and fully arroused thus leading to an easy penetration.
7. It increases the chances of her reaching climax( point of no return) lol
8. Lastly it promotes the flow of blood to the penis, which makes it turgid and ready for action
🔻What You Shouldn't do during foreplay ??
1. Don't be too anxious! Anxiety could lead to unwanted ejaculation
2. Don't be too aggressive. You are not a beast. It's called foreplay not a rape!
3. Stop beating or spanking yourselves too hard,it's not maturity at all
4. If any of you comes, don't feel irritated, smile and move on!
5. Make sure it's not in an unpleasant or boisterous environment
6. Remove every form of distractions. Like the use of ear piece, chewing gum, receiving phone call and many more you can think of...
7. Let your mind be in it fully! Not time to think about your ex or your business
8. Ladies avoid wearing tight Jean or any stubborn attire( iron pant) that would make the man sweat profusely before getting satisfaction
9. Skimpy dresses, g-string, "half bra" and Other sugar coated sexy light wears would definitely make a difference before foreplay!
10. Brush your mouth well, and if possible bath before you get started! Some of your provoking mouth or body odour could spoil the mood.
11. Please stop shouting "Jesus" when moaning aloud. Leave Him alone! Rather call yourselves romantic names that would help put you both in it very well.
12. Lastly, Don't be in a haste to suck his di*ck or her p*ssy to avoid premature ejaculation.
We are Africans{true blacks} we aren't imitators of the "whites" but imitators of what is "right". Which ever way you carry out your foreplay before sex, please do it right and you both would be happy thereafter.
Learn to explore other means if you really want to achieve maximum satisfaction. You aren't running a marathon race, imagine sharp sharp your rod grows and you decide to borehole immediately, not so my brother!
Remember women loves good sex! If it's good she will adore you, but once it's bad you bore her like hell. You don't need a smooth sayer to remind you that you need help!
YOUR OPINIONS ARE WELCOMED!! Thank you!

NIGERIA HAS ALREADY JOINED ISLAMIC COALITION AGAINST TERROR, WHY I DID IT… PRESIDENT BUHARI
President Muhammadu Buhari at the weekend admitted that Nigeria has joined the Islamic Coalition against terrorism formed by Saudi . He disclosed this in an interview he granted Aljazeera news agency.
Buhari was asked whether Nigeria was part of the group, to which he said ; We are part it because we've got terrorists in Nigeria that everybody knows who claim they're Islamic"
"So, if there's an Islamic coalition to fight terrorism,Nigeria will be part of it because we're casualties of Islamic terrorism."
Asked whether he had suggested Nige's membership of the coalition during his meeting with King Salman Bin Abdul-Aziz recently, Buhari replied, "yes"
The President, however, refused to disclose how such coalition would work for Nigeria, he said : "Well, that we mentioned under Lake Chad Basin Commission Cameroon, Chad, Niger and Benin and we dedicated a certain number of troops to be deployed in our own sub-region and l don't think we have to tell the Press the details of that "
Asked if such membership would serve Nigeria's security interests, the President said : : " Certaiy. I have just told you it is the Boko Haram itself that declared loyalty to ISIS. ''
'ISIS is basically based in Islamic countries. Now, if there's a coalition to fight Islamic terrorism, why can't Nigeria be part of it, while those that are fighting in Nigeria as Boko Haram claim to be Muslims. But the way they are doing, it is anti-Islamic '.
When he was informed that since Nigeria was evenly divided between Christians and Muslims and some Christians were complaining he was giving Islamic identity to Nigeria, Buhari wondered why such Christians had not gone to fight Boko Haram in the North or militants sabotaging installations in the South.
"Why can't those Christians that complained ggo and fight terrorism in Nigeria or fight the militancy in the South. It's Nigeria that matters, not the opinion of some religious bigots, '' he stated.
On religious advocates hurting the innocent and just because the Muslims are the ones that claim to be Boko Haram and they are killing innocent people whether in the church, in the bus or in market place, then, I will just sit and look at them because I am a Muslim ? Islam is against injustice in any form '', he said.
Buhari's admission of Nigeria's membership of the coalition came just under two weeks after Presidency statement seemed to suggest that he had turned down the invitation to be part of the coalition.

EITHER YOU RESTRUCTURE NIGERIA OR WE BREAK …FEMI FANI-KAYODE BLASTS BUHARI
A CALL TO THE CHRISTIAN FAITHFUL AND A WARNING TO THE BIGOTS IN OUR MIDST
"Christians commit more wicked crimes than terrorists....they commit crimes against humanity" Sa'ad Abubakar, Sultan of Sokoto, Benin City, Aug.15th 2016, NAIJ.COM
It is welcome news that Mr. Anjem Choudary, Britain's "most hated man" and the radical British Islamist who pledged an oath of allegiance to the leader of ISIS, Amir Abubakar Al Baghdadi, has been jailed in the United Kingdom.
This was a man who encouraged islamic fundamentalism and terror and who has spent many years on the international television networks trying to justify the actions of Al Qaeda, Al Nusra, Boko Haram, the Taliban, Al Shabab, Hamas, Islamic Jihad, Daesh, Abu Sayyaf and all the other evil muslim terror groups in the world that believe in the establishment of a new world caliphate where sharia law is imposed on everyone.
If the truth be told there are many Ansem Choudarys in Nigeria: as a matter of fact many of those that think like him now run the affairs of our country and that is our major challenge.
The fact that Nigerian Christians have been so accomodating, tolerant and restrained in the face of what has been going on in the last one year is a glaring testimony to their maturity and decency.
It is not a sign of weakness but rather evidence of true strength.
I say this because it takes courage not to retaliate when you are consistently marginalised, insulted, cheated, pillaged, raped, murdered, singled out for destruction and treated like filth.
Yet it is not just about being restrained even in the face of the worst type of provocation.
The children of the Lord, the believers and the faithful still have so much more to do in order to protect ourselves from the relentless onslaught of the Islamists in our country like Boko Haram and the Fulani herdsmen and from the excesses of a Federal Government that is hell bent on turning Christians into an endangered species and second class citizens.
Anyone that doubts that this is the case would do well to read the seminal and well-researched contribution made by the elder-statesman Chief Solomon Asemota SAN a few days ago which was titled "Discriminatory Appointments Against Non-Muslims In Nigeria" and another equally insightful piece titled "A Letter To Sensless Christians" (Parts 1 and 2) which was written by Mr. Ishaku Abdul'Rahman Mohammed, a Muslim convert.
Though much of the Nigerian print media, out of fear of the authorities, have refused to publish either of them, the two essays are all over the internet and they can be easily accessed there.
Today, more than at any other time in our history, Christians must be united in our country.
Anything less than that would lead to our collective defeat and destruction and it would feed into the narrative of those who wish to islamise our nation.
It is for this reason that I am a little concerned by what appears to be happening in the Christian Assiciation of Nigeria (CAN).
It is very important that the Christian community in Nigeria keeps a united front and supports the new leadership of CAN.
No matter what our differences may be, the attempt to discredit and destroy CAN by threats of breaking off from it by any group is counter-productive and dangerous to our collective cause.
When the Muslim fundamentalists and Fulani herdsmen kill our brothers and sisters, when the Federal and core northern state governments discriminate against us and persecute members of our faith, when the Sultan of Sokoto says that Christians indulge in more wicked acts than any other group in the world and when you have a religiously partial man as your President who says that sharia law should be spread into every state of the federation, you do not split your ranks and give room to your collective enemies.
This brings me to another point. Other than yours truly no-one has made the point that the Chibok girls are virtually all Christians.
First of all Boko Haram abducted, raped, killed, enslaved and Islamised them and now our Muslim-controlled and Muslim-led military are carpet-bombing them from the sky and murdering them.
I watched the video on CNN today and I wept-especially after I watched the interview of the mother of the young girl who had spoken from captivity. Those are CHRISTIAN girls and just look at what they are being subjected to.
Regardless of their faith, whether they be Christian or Muslim, no child should be subjected to such atrocities but the truth is that the fact that virtually all the communities and towns that Boko Haram managed to torment, capture or hoist their evil black flag over since the war started were predominantly Christian communities like Mubi, Biu, Chibok, Dikwa, Bama, Gwoza, Banki and Potiskum and this is food for thought.
This is a point that is relevant but that is purposely underplayed and ignored by the Nigerian and international media for obvious reasons.
President Jonathan may not have been able to rescue the Chibok girls but at least his army and airforce did not carpet-bomb them. At least he did not order that they should be aeriel-bombed to death and slaughtered if they cant be rescued.
And you can bet your bottom dollar that if those girls had come from a Muslim community and not a Christian one like Chibok, the government, and more likely than not Boko Haram itself, would have been more restrained and they would not have bombed and killed them in the way that they are doing.
Yet the Bible says "vengeance belongs to the Lord". It says that He "will repay". I have little doubt that in the fullness of time He will repay the powers that be for what they are doing to the Body of Christ and to our brothers and sisters in the Lord.
Meanwhile I sincerely hope that the northern Christians will not break ranks with the rest of us and that we maintain our unity.
I sincerely hope that the Judas' in our ranks and all those that are being used as agents of division and destruction by the government in return for a fee think twice and retrace their steps.
That is the only way that we can win in what has become, to all intents and purposes, a religious cold war in Nigeria. It is a spiritual war. It is a war of attrition and it is a fight for the very soul and future of our nation.
It is a war that will be long and subtle and in which there will be many casualties: yet it is a war that must be fought and must be won. Everything depends on it.
Permit me to end this contribution with the following. When a few misguided individuals from the south, who are obviously suffering from what is commonly reffered to as "Stockholm's syndrome", clap for men like the so-called elder-statesman Alhaji Lawal Kaita when he says "the north will not allow the restructuring or break- up of Nigeria" and that "those that are calling for either of the two are calling for a second civil war" it amuses me.
In their slavish attempt to fawn over their captors and to please the "master race" they forget that Mr. Ken Saro-Wiwa and Mr. Isaac Adaka Boro, two great and patriotic sons of the Niger Delta who swam against the tide of the people of the old Eastern region at the time of the civil war, who fought against the quest for self-determination by the Igbo people and who, together with the rest of Nigeria, resisted the quest for the establishment of the sovereign state of Biafra, were both executed by northern Heads of State who presided over the affairs of a united Nigeria at the time.
The first was General Yakubu Gowon and the second was General Sani Abacha. The same set of northerner leaders conspired with others and jailed Chief Obafemi Awolowo and President Olusegun Obasanjo on false and trumped-up charges simply because they resisted their hidden agenda and exposed their excesses.
This ought to be food for thought for every southerner and Middle Belter worth his salt, especially those who make a habit of sitting at the feet of our collective oppressors and worshipping them.
We must learn from history and we must not repeat its mistakes. If, God forbid, there is another civil war in this country people like Kaita and those that he represents will be confronted with a very different adversary when compared to the one that they faced before and they will rue the day that they ever threatened or sought to impose their will on the rest of us.
If, God-forbid, it were to ever happen again, this time around, the south, the northern minorities and the Middle Belt would be united in their resolve and the core Muslim north would be driven into the desert and into the waiting arms of the Republic of Niger and Chad.
Someone should make this point to the Lawal Kaitas of this world and all the other arch-conservatives and hegemonists who are still living in an inglorious past. The word today is that either we restructure Nigeria or we break her. Simple as that.
This is a battle between a child of perdition and a child of promise. It is a struggle between the sons of Kings and the sons of slaves. It is a struggle between the forces of light and the forces of darkness. We cannot run from it and we cannot shun it.
We must stand up and fight it with all that we have got. We must secure our liberation and we must ensure that our children and our childrens children have something to look forward to and something to live for.
To the faithful I have only the following left to say: the battle belongs to the Lord and our victory is assured.
On 17th August 2016 Mr. Donald Trump, the billionaire and presidential candidate of the American Republican party said the following:
"The rise of ISIS is the direct result of policy decisions made by President Obama and Secretary of State Clinton. We cannot let this evil continue. We will defeat Islamic terrorism just like we've defeated every threat before".
How right he is. Let us hope that he wins because if he does the world will be a far safer and better place for believers.

Gov. Nwike Shows Support for Operation Crocodile Smile in The Niger Delta …
Governor Wike declares support for Operation Crocodile Smile
▪Buratai explains the nature of the operation
Rivers State Governor, Nyesom Ezenwo Wike has declared his support for the Operation Crocodile Smile by the Nigerian Army, saying that he will do everything to ensure peace and security in the Niger Delta.
This is as the Chief of Army Staff, Lieutenant General Tukur Buratai explained that the Operation Crocodile Smile was introduced to train army personnel on the techniques of operating in the Niger Delta.
Governor Wike spoke on Monday when he granted audience to the Chief of Army Staff, Lieutenant General Tukur Buratai and Senior Army Officers at the Government House, Port Harcourt.
The governor said: "The Rivers State Government is fully in support of the Operation Crocodile Smile. I was fully briefed by the Brigade Commander and we associate ourselves with the programme because it will make the Niger Delta safer.
"One of the advantages of the programme is that hoodlums in the creeks are being uprooted for a safer Niger Delta. I support the programme insofar as it is done with the constitution ".
According to the governor, the Rivers State Government will sustain its support for security agencies to create the right atmosphere for democratic governance.
He said that the State Government has procured 6 New Armoured Personnel Carriers for the Police and in the process of concluding the acquisition of 10 gunboats for the Nigerian Navy.
Earlier, the Chief of Army Staff, Lieutenant General Tukur Buratai said that the Operation Crocodile Smile will ensure that the security challenges in the Niger Delta are addressed and peace enhanced.
He said: "The Operation Crocodile Smile is an exercise to train our troops on amphibious operations ".
The Army Chief said that the exercise seeks to provide the civil authorities with the right environment to carry out governance.
He said the exercise will ensure that the troops are professional with the required training to conduct operations within the law.
He said: "Our waters are generally porous. The Nigerian Army has amphibious capabilities in conjunction with the Nigerian Navy to carry out limited operations within the creeks".
General Buratai added that another aspect of the Operation Crocodile Smile will witness the Army intervening in critical areas of need for the communities. He said that the Army has already embarked on medical outreach in Bille (Rivers State) and Nembe (Bayelsa State).

PROTEST AGAINST THE BUHARI'S ADMINISTRATION …BALARABE MUSA SPEAKS
Protest against Buhari’s administration – Balarabe Musa advises Nigerians
Following the present economic state of Nigeria, the National Chairman of Conference of Nigeria Political Parties, CNPP, Alhaji Balarabe Musa, has urged citizens to stage a protest against the Buhari-led administration.
Musa noted that except hunger, nothing else pushes people to revolt against a government because the primary responsibility of government is the welfare of the people.
He urged President Muhammadu Buhari not to shy away from his responsibility.
In an interview with the Sun, the former governor of Kaduna state said his advice to Nigerians over hunger and economic hardship in the country was simply protest.
He said, “Well, they should protest. I know that it is a risk because security men may shoot them. However, they should protest because this is their life. Somebody is playing with their lives, somebody is destroying their lives, they should defend their lives and protect their interest.
“Before the last general election, many Nigerians saw Buhari as an angel who could rescue the country from socio-economic problems but Nigerians are now saying that they misjudged, and Nigerians should in future make sure that they access any prospective leader critically, taking into account his records, his inclination and everything, particularly records of performance in office.
“Nigerians are not different from the rest of human kinds; they are not different from the rest of the people in the world. Whatever people did in the world to protect themselves or show their anger against bad government, Nigerians can do it, and nobody should deceive himself that Nigerians are so docile, that they will not revolt. Anger pushes anybody to the limit.”
Although the government has continued to tell Nigerians to be patient, Musa said it’s all political gimmick.
According to him, “The idea of government asking Nigerians to be patient can only be sustained in a situation whereby people see hope and changes. But where people don’t see changes, where they don’t see the basis for expecting changes, and they suffer continuously, appealing to them to be patient i may befutile.
“There is hunger in the land and Nigerians are dying of hunger. I dare to warn the President and everybody that can listen, that history has proved that mass hunger, hunger of the population, mass poverty of the population, killer hunger have always been the most immediate cause of proletarian revolution in every country of the world. And the President should know this; let him not be deceived by those who are benefitting from the current situation of hunger.”
Speaking further, Musa recalled that the President has said at different occasions that Nigeria is broke.
“In my opinion, Nigeria can’t be broke, the country is very rich. The problem is the system and the managers of the economy. The problem of Nigeria is real, but it is something that can be managed. But as I told you, if the President is looking for an answer, he will get it; he can get it in what I have said; change the system and the leadership like I have said.
“It is definitely true APC inherited this bad situation, but APC came to power with the promise of correcting the negative state of the nation. In this case, instead of correcting it, they are just complaining, making promises, how can they continue to do this over one year of leadership?
“We want to see them really doing work, and there is no way they can do any work and achieve anything without changing the system and the leadership inevitably produced by the system, both of which are based on self interest first, public interest second or even incidental. This should be changed in favour of public interest first and self interest second.
“This can deal with this level of corruption, stealing and criminal waste of resources which is the root of the problem of Nigeria. In the history of Nigeria, up till 1970, the philosophy was public interest first, and self interest second. And the states maintain the leading roles in the economy, and that is why up till 1970, there wasn’t this level of corruption, stealing and criminal wasting of resources.
“We have known times in Nigeria before 1970 when nobody could steal a kobo of public funds and get away with it.
“Today, if you are a favourite of the President, the governor or the local government chairman or who they have appointed into office, you can steal anything and get away with it provided you are lucky because some people stole, they are not lucky and they are caught,” he added.
